Chauffeur Service
In case of the customer wants to be driven in a car that is not part of our vehicle fleet, e.g. our company is tasked with a driver service in the customer's car or in a special rental car, the following provisions have to be accepted:
The vehicle has to be registered and insured correctly, in technical correct condition and has to be up to the german TÜV-standard.
The driver and the company bambergtaxi respectively Fahrdienste Kersten (Harald Kersten) do not assume liability in case of an accident for any personal damage and damage of property, as well as on the vehicle, persons and damage of third persons.
The employer is responsible for all damages and he has to regulate them.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 3 days prior to the booked date, we charge an expense allowance of 10, - €.
For cancellations received between 3 and one day before the booked date, 50% of the order value is to be paid.
For cancellations received within 24 hours before the booked date, the full price is payable.
In this case, payment will be transferred to our account, the data of which will be sent to you in the given case.

Credit Card Fees
We accept Credit Card Payment. If you pay with Credit Card, we determine a fee of 4% of the fare.

Invoicing
An implementation of transport orders against invoice is only possible for companies with headquarters in Germany. With this option, the bill is sent to the e-mail address specified in the order in PDF format. If this is not available, a paper invoice will be created for a fee of € 2.50. The company reserves the right, to raise additional costs in case of non-deliverability.

Note DSGVO: We indicate that we collect and store personal data only to the extent necessary for the execution of our orders. The client (customer) agrees with placing the order that the data required for the execution of the order is collected by telephone or in writing (handwritten or by email), stored in our IT, provided to our employees involved in the execution of the order and will be used for invoice. The deletion of all data can be requested at any time in writing or by email and concludes to the cancellation of the contract, insofar as the data is deleted before the order execution.
